SEN sessions

These four sessions form the core INSET programme. This is designed to contribute to the professional development of teachers, tutors, teaching assistants and others involved in supporting learning. The sessions lead, in logical stages, to the preparation and delivery of one or more ICT-based lessons in the classroom. In doing so, they also help to increase knowledge and understanding of the difficulties faced by particular children as well as the potential of ICT in overcoming these problems.

ICTS units

These ten supplementary units are designed to provide extra support and development opportunities for practitioners working with learners with severe and complex difficulties. Each unit is self-contained, making this section a flexible and very valuable source of reference that can be used alongside many other elements of the overall programme.
