Tools and resources

Select20 customers can access and use any and all of the tools and resources listed below, throughout their subscription period.

An online resource bank comprising over 200 publications, covering 14 subjects and an extensive range of leadership and management topics.

An online surveying and reporting system that gives schools crucial evidence of the impact of their pastoral provision.

A set of surveys to find out what all stakeholders – staff, pupils, parents and governors – think about the school’s effectiveness in a range of areas. Invaluable for self-evaluation and school improvement.

A comprehensive CPD programme for teaching and non-teaching support staff. A profiling tool gathers information on staff’s skills and knowledge, and reports on how their roles could be developed or where they might need support. Resources are then provided to help develop skills in the areas identified.

Cost- and time-effective self-evaluation for all teachers and managers through a range of tailored online surveys.

Schools can access all of the above as and when they need them, according to their particular priorities. If purchased separately, just a handful of these tools would exceed the cost of a Select20 subscription, so all schools will receive excellent value whatever their situation.

An online tool to audit staff’s skills, knowledge and competence in relation to safeguarding and children’s development and well-being.

A set of training material for all school staff, to improve core skills relating to safeguarding, children’s well-being and multi-agency working.
