Digital files

You will need Adobe Reader version 6 or later to view the digital files in Primary School Management. You can download Adobe Reader from the Adobe site if you do not have it already. Alternatively, an installer is provided in the installers folder on this CD-ROM.

Following a link to a file may open the file within a browser window. To save a file so that it can be opened in the relevant software and edited, right-click on the link and select Save Target As....

To make PDFs appear in a new window, open Adobe Reader, select Edit>Preferences, click on Internet, and then untick Display PDF in Browser.

Alternatively, you can find the digital files on the CD-ROM, in the folder called digital_files. Each title on the disc has one or more files: it is either provided as the whole publication, or it is divided into teacher and student material. This is indicated in the filename.

Bookmarks

When you open a PDF file, a list of the chapter headings is provided at the left-hand side of the screen. Click on these links to go straight to a particular part of a file. Click on the ‘plus’ sign next to the bookmark to view further bookmarks within that section.
