Preparing for Ofsted

Ofsted's Framework places considerable responsibility on schools — including heads of department.

These resources are provided on CD-ROM and form an ideal starting point for HoDs. From outlining the sequence of the inspection and the creation of appropriate documentation, they move on to consider specific implementation strategies that involve whole departments.

The emphasis is on the practical: what you need to do, when you need to do it, and how you might or must do it.
