To help motivate gifted and talented students and provide a rich education for them, it is important to examine how they learn. Different people learn in different ways, in different contexts, and are at their best at different times of the day. Staff need to understand how students think so that they plan suitable strategies for learning and stimulate and challenge them in lessons.
