Welcome to Examinations Management. This resource was previously entitled the Examinations Officer Survival Kit, and is now in its fourth edition.

Examinations Management is a comprehensive guide to all aspects of the role of a school examinations officer (EO). It is designed to help EOs to ensure best practice and understand key concepts in running examinations. It may be useful to new and recently-appointed EOs as they establish themselves in the post. It also forms an ideal source of reference for even the most experienced.

The emphasis is on the practical: what you need to do, when you need to do it, and how you might or must do it.
