Buying and using ePacks

1. Choose one or more titles that are available as ePacks.
2. Place your order by telephone, fax, post, or via the online ordering system.
3. If you already have a pre-2003 ePacks disc with the titles on it, you can ask for unlocking codes if you wish. If not, you will receive a new CD-ROM with the material you require ready for immediate use.
4. Install Adobe Reader on the computers where you wish to use the material. For Question Sets, you will need to install the Mentor Question System. Both installers are included free on the CD.
5. If you are using a pre-2003 ePacks CD-ROM, before you can unlock any publications to your computer's hard disk, you will need to register it on that computer. Following the instructions that came with your pre-2003 ePacks CD, you can then unlock your chosen title(s). They will be ready for immediate use.
