Implementing the Remodelling the Workforce initiative and the National Workload Agreement is having profound effects on schools. In any institution, the burden of responsibility will tend to fall on certain key individuals. This valuable resource, now revised in light of the changes to the tasks, can provide real support and save countless hours of time for those involved.
Key issues covered
Delivered on CD-ROM, and simplicity itself to use, Managing the Workload Agreement (formerly The 24 Tasks) comes with a full site and copy licence and addresses core management, administrative, professional and pastoral concerns. It is readily networkable for ease of use.
