Creating a History Department Handbook
Nicolas Kinloch
Essential support for Heads of History
Providing essential support for Heads of History, this publication gives guidance on producing the handbook that Ofsted and most senior management teams assume that every department in a school possesses.
The pack explains who the handbook should be for, what should go in it and how it should be organised. Separate sections contain guidance about policy statements, aims and methodologies, allowing you to produce a document which can be used both by your department and by members of a wider community.
