Why do I need them?
Be ready for Ofsted
Long-term inspection planning is important for all schools, even those graded Outstanding. In particular, where results are lower than might be expected, schools need detailed data in place that can demonstrate an understanding of possible reasons, and to show that they are taking informed action to improve.
Get straight to what’s important
More school data is now available online than ever before. However, busy school leaders do not always have the time to sift through what is available. Confidential Reports provide important data in a format that is easy to understand straight away, saving hours of time.
Less work for you and your colleagues
All you have to do is send us an anonymised list of the home postcodes for your pupils and we do the rest, leaving your time free to make professional judgements and work towards improving your school.
- We superimpose marks for each child’s postcode on each map so that you can see at a glance the extent to which your pupils may be affected by each form of disadvantage.
- We provide summary tables for each measure, showing the percentage of your pupils found to be affected by each level of deprivation.
- We also provide a spreadsheet that gives a breakdown of how many pupils fall into each band, for each measure of deprivation. For pupil premium, year group and ethnicity reports, the spreadsheet also breaks down the figures for each individual characteristic.
