If the answer to your problem is not listed here, you can contact our technical support team.
When you first create a handbook, either with structure and
prompts or with structure and text, then you should see a
list of the major sections of the handbook. Clicking on one of these
will show the text of the title of that section. Click the plus
sign next to the name of the section in the box at top left to see a
list of its subsections. Click the name of a subsection to see the text
of that subsection.
If you selected New handbook with structure and sample text
when creating a handbook, then the text will contain both the
prompts and the sample text, the prompts being shown in italics. If you
selected New handbook with structure and prompts, then you will
see the prompts in italics: to retrieve the accompanying sample text,
select Retrieve sample text for section from the Edit
menu. If you selected Empty handbook when creating a handbook,
then your handbook will have neither sections, prompts, nor sample
text.
In some versions of the software, printing using 'print current
section' can give incorrect section numbers. Please contact Pearson
Publishing for information about upgrades.
